While Samsung and Apple are still struggling to go beyond 5,000 mAh on their flagship phones, Oppo is taking a bold step with its upcoming A7 Pro Max, reportedly packing a 10,000 mAh cell.

This behemoth of a battery would allow for two days of moderate use on a single charge, a feat currently unheard of in the mid-range segment.

The phone is also tipped to feature a 6.78-inch flat OLED display with a 1.5K resolution, advanced in-screen fingerprint scanner, and 120Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals.

For charging, the A7 Pro Max might be able to reach 80W speeds, a significant upgrade over the 18-20W speeds typically found in most mid-rangers and even some flagships.

However, don't expect lightning-fast charging times – the 10,000 mAh cell would still take some time to fully charge via an 80W adapter.
